Ensuring that service, quality and safety standards are maintained to develop a customer-oriented, profitable and high turnover sales business in new and used vehicles, accessories, services and further products and services concerning “mobility”.
PRM is primarily responsible for planning & execution of all the CRM activities to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction and also ensure customer retention.
Improve Customer satisfaction by implementing CSI improvement plans as recommended by MB India and also as initiated by the dealership. Act as one point contact for all customer complaints related to sales. Develop and implement a mechanism to capture customer feedback at various steps which will help to define proper counter measure to improve Customer Satisfaction.
